Four One One is a 26,322 SF, 3½ story office building in the original downtown area of Round Rock. The facility is designed to fit into a revitalized area of professional offices and businesses. Matador Project Solutions suggested an innovative delivery method to the client utilizing “Multiple Primes” in lieu of the typical single general contractor approach. This will allow the owner some flexibility in capitalizing on specific scopes of work that can be provided by partners in the development.
