This unique “locally-focused” hotel, on the former site of a Goodwill Thrift Store in the thriving East Austin redevelopment area, features 83 guest rooms and amenities that include a bar, restaurant and retail in five stories over two levels of underground garage parking. The Arrive Austin will be the 2nd of its type following the owner’s original hotel developed in Palm Springs, California. The innovative neighborhood hotel has no formal lobby with guest check-in through the hotel bar. Matador has been integral to the complex permitting process, contractor selection and construction budgeting and will be providing Construction Management / Owner’s Rep services for the duration of the construction.
