Created and developed by Austin Travis Integral Care, Housing First Oak Springs is envisioned as a whole health treatment approach to ending chronic homelessness for people living with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. The facility will be a four-story, 40,000 square-foot housing complex with 50 fully-furnished single occupancy efficiency apartments, an on-site integrated health clinic offering primary care and behavioral health services, a community room, and parking garage.Matador will be tasked with navigating the complex permitting process, contractor selection and construction budgeting and will be providing Construction Management / Owner’s Rep services for the duration of the construction.
