DESCRIPTION

This 19 acre mixed-use development is comprised of a 284 unit 5-story multi-family building, a 124 key Marriott Element Hotel, and a community of 11 retail buildings featuring multiple restaurants, a branch bank and other neighborhood services. The multi-family and hotel share a resort-style outdoor amenity and pool area unlike anything in the area. The permitting process was uniquely challenging due to the need to rezone, replat, incorporate the extension of a public street, and mesh city-required design standards into a project with multiple building types and uses.
