This 120,000 SF new state-of-the-art rare earth magnet manufacturing facility will recycle Neodymium–based magnets to make new ones. Their customers include Siemens, Rolls Royce, Parker Hannifin and the Department of Defense, to name a few. Urban Mining was named a “2019 Change the World List: Companies to Watch” by Fortune Magazine. The facility is situated on 10 acres in a new development within the San Marcos city limits. In addition to standard Owner representation associated with permitting, design, and construction, Matador’s role includes coordination and scheduling of the extensive list of manufacturing equipment being procured from all over the planet.
