DESCRIPTION

The project includes the development of 53,000 SF 3-story office building on 2 acres in east Austin that is located in an area designated as a qualified “Opportunity Zone” by the 2017 Tax Cuts & Job Act. The development is targeting creative professionals (architects, engineers, visual artists, designers) and includes three spec “Live / Work” spaces within the building. An existing single family house on the property is being repurposed as a neighborhood restaurant or bar.
