DESCRIPTION

Redevelopment of 4.5 acres in north central Austin that was previously a car dealership into a 4-story, 383 unit, multi-family “wrap” apartment complex with a 3-story parking structure, tenant amenity space, neighborhood retail space, site work, utilities, paving, landscaping and other improvements. Matador is currently working on several multi-family projects in the Austin area with Ledcor.
